1. Sacred Ritual Bookings

ArchakaSeva serves as a bridge matching qualified, verified Archakas (Priests) with devotees:

• Verification: We perform onboarding checks on registered Archakas. However, the exact spiritual execution remains the responsibility of the individual priest.
• Details Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate details (Muhurtha, date, address, contact info) when requesting a Pooja.
• Assignments: In the event that the assigned Archaka/Priest becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, ArchakaSeva reserves the right to assign an alternative qualified Archaka to ensure the successful and divine completion of your booked pooja or ritual service.

2. Physical Store Purchases

Sacred kits, Yantras, accessories, and Rudraksha items ordered via our storefront:

• Descriptions: We make every effort to display high-quality, authentic representations. Visual differences may occur due to natural materials.
• Energization: Where indicated, items undergo Vedic prayers or Sankalpa processes.
• Delivery estimates: Estimates (e.g. 2 days for Tier-1 cities) are provided by third-party logistics and are subject to minor local transit variations.

3. Payment, Confirmations & Fees

All payments must be completed prior to the ritual date. Manual UPI transfers require uploading a valid transaction hash (UTR) which our backend team verifies within 1 hour. Razorpay payments are verified dynamically.

4. Intellectual Property

All assets, dynamic icons, brand logos, code content, templates, and designs belong to ArchakaSeva Rituals PVT LTD. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the services offered by ArchakaSeva will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.
