Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Pooja Booking Cancellations

We coordinate travel, dakshina, and samagri preparation with our Archakas. Therefore, the cancellation timeline is as follows:

• More than 48 Hours before Pooja: 100% refund of the paid booking amount.
• 24 to 48 Hours before Pooja: 50% refund to offset scheduling and materials preparation costs.
• Less than 24 Hours before Pooja: No refund will be issued, as travel and samagri arrangements are finalized.

2. Store Item Returns & Damaged Shipments

For physical sacred products purchased from our online store (such as Yantras, Kits, Accessories, and Rudraksha):

• Damaged / Defective Items: If an item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the item. We will ship a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
• General Returns: Due to the sanctified nature of energized items, general returns (change of mind) are not accepted once the seal has been opened or the ritual sankalpa is completed.
