Your spiritual journey is personal. We protect your personal data, ritual history, and contact information with industry-standard encryption. We do not sell or share your information with third-party spiritual marketing entities.
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the ritual may incur a 20% dakshina retention fee to compensate the assigned Archaka for their blocked time.
Sacred items like Yantras and Pooja kits are verified for authenticity. If an item is damaged during transit, we offer a free replacement upon receiving photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
By accessing the ArchakaSeva platform, you agree to abide by our code of conduct. We reserve the right to refuse service for rituals that are deemed inappropriate or against established spiritual traditions.
1. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate location and contact details for home poojas. The user is responsible for providing the necessary basic samagri (like water, flowers, and lamps) unless a full-service kit is purchased from our store.
2. Payments & Dakshina
All payments are processed securely. The Dakshina (service fee) listed on the platform is finalized and includes the platform maintenance fee. No additional payments should be made directly to the Archaka unless it is a voluntary tip (Dakshina) given directly after the ritual.
ArchakaSeva acts as a bridge between devotees and learned scholars. While we do our utmost to ensure timing and precision, spiritual rituals are matters of faith and tradition. We do not guarantee specific wordly outcomes from any ritual performed.
